We planted some seeds in see-through plastic cups with water-soaked cotton balls. The kids waited patiently for the sprouts to grow. It did not take long! A pea sprout. A giant Yellow Bean Stalk – watch out! And tiny radish sprouts besides it.
We went outside to play and brought lots of equipmentIt was When the weather wasn’t as nice we stayed inside and played Fruit & Veggie Twister a card game called “Racko” and made beautiful accessories for our hair from tissue paper. We hope you have a happy and safe summer with lots of fun activities! We are looking forward to seeing you at one of our Summer Camp locations (Morning Glory PS – Pefferlaw, Sutton PS – Sutton or Jersey PS – Keswick) and that you will come back to our After School Program in September. Registration for Summer Camp is open now and for all our other programs registration will start on Monday, August 3, 2015.
